What are the benefits of working out you say? General happiness from working out is one of them. There was a study conducted at Penn State University where they found that people who worked out either lightly or vigorously are generally more happier than normal. Whether we know it or not, we are always seeking happiness. So why not get happy. If getting happier from something so simple, such as working out, why not do it. Working out has also been seen to help improve people who have depression. These are just the surface of the benefits that come with working out, so why not do it.
