Why do people think that you shouldn't be working out? Well a lot of the misconceptions that people have is that it could possibly ruin your joints or you need to work out hours at a time to progress or that working out will only get you bulky. Joints can actually improve when you work out because it helps with the strength and flexibility of it. It is actually highly recommended by doctors to patients who have arthritis. And working out hours at a time is something I highly recommend you not do because working out for multiple hours continuously is too much of a strain on your body. Everything should be done with moderation. And working out can get you bulky if thats what your training for. It is possible to work out only to stay healthy and not get big or bulky.
